What data we process
Through the contact form you submit your name, your question and, optionally, an email address and phone number. The submission time and the website language you used are stored as well. We use this data solely to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.
Legal basis and retention
Processing is based on your pre-contractual request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Messages are kept for no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract is concluded that requires the data for longer.
Recipients
Messages are stored on our server in the European Union and forwarded to our mailbox through an email delivery service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Anonymous usage statistics and cookies
This website uses Umami hosted on our own server to collect anonymous page views, traffic sources, device and browser type, country and page performance metrics. URL search parameters are not sent, analytics cookies are not used, visitors are not tracked across websites, and the browser “Do Not Track” preference is respected. Statistics are stored on our Umami server at stats.sparkpro.lv. The user panel at panel.rocket-h.com is a separate service with its own login session.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv). Send requests to info@rocket-h.com.
